4 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ,5 2 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment <br /> for LID No. 719. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0021 in LID Roll No. 719 to segregate the <br /> assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0021 into separate assessments; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into <br /> smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett <br /> to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0021 into the separate parcels; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee <br /> for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance No.1072-84 requires <br /> that assessment installment payments be current on a parcel of land to be <br /> segregated, unless otherwise directed by City Council in a special provision <br /> written into the resolution segregating the parcel of land; and <br /> WHEREAS, the current assessment installment of $10,484.15 (principle & <br /> interest) plus $1,258.10 penalty is delinquent as of March 20, 1990; and <br /> WHEREAS, a portion of the property is for sale and sufficient funds arel <br /> in escrow to make the assessment installments current upon the closing of the <br /> sale. <br />
