Craig Van Sant
Appeal 11-89
Page -4-
Accordingly, the decision of January 12, 1990, with regard to the commercial
Non-Conforming Use of the subject property remains as set forth therein.
There was not a commercial Non-Conforming Use for the property. Likewise, the
Applicant has not adequately shown that there was an existing multi-family
residential use on the subject property. Therefore, there is no
non-conforming designation of the multi-family use for this property. As set
forth in the January 12, 1990, decision, the proposed multi-family residential
use is contrary to the R-2 zoning designation.
Done and dated this 8th day of March, 1990.
M es M. Driscoll
The decision on this application has been made by the Hearing Examiner based
on the authority granted in Ordinance 692-80, as amended. It is final unless
the following procedure is followed:
1. Within ten (10) working days (March 22, 1990,) after the Hearing
Examiner's action on the request for reconsideration, the aggrieved
party may file a written appeal with the City Clerk's Office, City Hall,
3002 Wetmore Avenue, Everett, WA 98201.
If appealed properly, the matter will be submitted to the Everett City Council
for further consideration.
