I had not considered my home and subject <br /> property to be separate properties. 'Tot intil the tax assessor <br /> stated _ had a buildable lot did I have any idea I had two <br /> lots. .:hen he told me that the two lots could not be joined <br /> into one I realized I had two lots. The tax assessor placed <br /> me in a position I had not asked for and only because of this <br /> am I in this predicament today. Government official, the <br /> tax assessor had made me believe I had e buildable lot. This <br /> took place prior to 1981, not as stated in your findings of <br /> facts zs being 1985 .
