The denial of building on my empty lot north of 2324
`ialnut St. directly affects my retirement plan. I have followed
due process of the law and am requesting a hearing before the
City Council to explain in detail my position and the positive
affects on building a home on that lot. •
2. :Finding no. 12 . if the law is writtrn for the citizens
and the intent is to protect the neighborhood from construction:
of inferior homes, and the overwhelming majority of nei -hborhood
home owners endorse my proposal of building a home, is it
necessary to follow the letter of the law or the intent of the law?
3. 'rickey Rosenau objected, in writing (submitted with 41
neighbors who supported my plan ) because she felt "'`aintaining
the architectural integrity of older neighborhoods of Everett"
would be affected. This did not address the lot size which is
the issue at hand.
Fage 1 of 2.
84 "tK414-41 4.
