e' <br /> • <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 3300 <br /> A RESOLUTION authorizing application for 1990 Commmunity <br /> Development Block Grant funds to the Department of Housing <br /> and Urban Development. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett recognized the need <br /> for certain housing and community development programs in Everett, and <br /> WHEREAS, funds have been made available through the Department of <br /> Housing <br /> and Urban Development to provide for those programs and it is estimated that <br /> Everett is entitled to receive an estimated $607,700.00 in 1990 and <br /> WHEREAS, the Citizens Advisory Committee for Housing and Community <br /> Development has studied the housing and community development needs and <br /> priorities of Everett and has made its recommendations for 1990 Community <br /> Development Block Grant funds, and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Everett has reviewed the <br /> recommendations of the above committee. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT THAT: <br /> I.
