RESOLUTION NO. 32q y. <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of 1st P1. W. <br /> East of 100th St. S.W. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of those <br /> portions of 1st P1. West, East and North of 100th St. S.W. , described as <br /> follows; <br /> Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Northeast one-quarter <br /> (1/4) of the Northwest one-quarter (1/4) of the Northeast <br /> one-quarter (1/4) of Section 24, Township 28 North, Range 4 <br /> East, W.M. ; thence North 89°57'22" East along the North Line of <br /> said subdivision for 170.00 feet to the Northwest Corner of said <br /> 1st Place West and the point of beginning; thence continue North <br /> 89°57'22" East for 80.00 feet; thence South 00°05'54" East for <br /> 150.31 feet; thence South 89°57'22" West for 51.05 feet; thence <br /> North 29°58'59" West to become tangent to a curve to the left <br /> having a radius of 330.00 feet, a central angle of 9°07'39" for <br /> an arc length of 52.57 feet; thence North 0°05'54" West for <br /> 106.52 feet to the point of beginning; and shown on the attached <br /> sketch, have petitioned for the vacation of said right-of-way; <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provided that City Council shall, by resolution, <br /> fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> that a public hearing be set for April 11, 1990, at 8:30 a.m. , in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. ///') <br /> 4 <br /> 04 '\,71- <br /> Councilman <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and Approved this Ni day of t arlAN , 1990. <br /> .uncil President <br />
