• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. gp?jy <br /> A Resolution Concerning Adoption of a <br /> Drainage Basin Plan Update for <br /> Pigeon Creek No. 2 and Glenwood Creek, <br /> Report No. 4 . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett is studying each of the drainage basin <br /> areas within its boundaries to be prepared to address the issues of water <br /> quality and drainage in these areas; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett, Planning Commission did find that the <br /> public health, safety, and welfare will be served by adoption of a drainage <br /> basin plan for Pigeon Creek No. 2 and Glenwood Creek, Report No. 4 on <br /> January 9, 1990. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett, Planning Commission does recommend to <br /> the Everett City Council that they adopt the Drainage Basin Plan Update for <br /> Pigeon Creek No. 2 and Glenwood Creek. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Everett City Council does adopt <br /> the Drainage Basin Plan Update for Pigeon Creek No. 2 and Glenwood Creek. <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved by City Council this 2/ day of 1990. <br /> c-- fir-► <br /> ,41 <br /> Council President <br /> AILS <br />
