RESOLUTION NO. --775— <br /> A <br /> O. -775— <br /> A RESOLUTION for the installation of No Left Turn <br /> 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on Hardeson Road at <br /> Upper Ridge Road until the completion of <br /> Madison Place in November, 1990. <br /> WHEREAS, Upper Ridge Road between Glenwood Avenue and 73rd Street has <br /> been permanently closed increasing commuter traffic in the surrounding <br /> neighborhood; and <br /> WHEREAS, the neighborhood residents have responded to a City of Everett <br /> Traffic Engineering Survey with a mitigation preference for no left turn at <br /> afternoon peak hours onto Upper Ridge Road from Hardeson Road; and <br /> WHEREAS, the new Madison Place connection will be opened by November <br /> 1990; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mayor's Transportation Advisory Committee has reviewed the <br /> survey reponse and recommends that the turning movement restriction be <br /> installed; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that the following be installed: <br /> No Left Turn 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. on <br /> Hardeson Road at Upper Ridge Road until <br /> November 1990. er ` <br /> Passed and approved this day of // , l9& . <br /> �1,� � 19f3?. <br /> Cog -` 're Iden <br /> (285) <br /> _631-12044 G-74-7(° <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> f� N <br /> 1 <br />
