S W.5 7 <br /> A resolution for the sole source purchase of a service contract <br /> to reconstruct and move three modules from the library <br /> construction site. <br /> WHEREAS, the temporary library building needs to be modified into two <br /> units and moved to make way for parking lot construction and meet our schedule <br /> for opening the new branch library; <br /> WHEREAS, the original builder, Westmark Industries, Inc. , is most familiar <br /> with their module and can meet our accelerated schedule for opening the new <br /> library branch; and <br /> WHEREAS, Westmark Industries, Inc. can provide this service at a cost of <br /> $22,932.80; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Purchasing Department is <br /> authorized to obtain a sole source service contract from Westmark Industries, <br /> Inc. for $22,932.80 to effect the module move and reconstruction for the <br /> Facilities and Parks Departments. <br /> Councilman Intro ucin Res lution <br /> 1/1E:/ <br /> Passed and approved this /,.,„L day of ;9 _ . , 1989. <br /> AL -c .a// f <br /> Counci Presi.- nt <br /> (151) <br />
