RESOLUTION 3,,:,2,5-7 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 719. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0003 in LID Roll No. 719 to segregate <br /> the assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0003 into separate <br /> assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into <br /> smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to <br /> segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) 0003 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a <br /> fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation on <br /> the original Assessment Roll No. 719. <br /> Section 2: That the segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on <br /> the same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: That the total of the segregated parts of the original <br /> assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation. <br /> Section 4: That the original tract and assessment known as LID No. 719, <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0003, was passed by Ordinance No. 1329-87 on 2/47$7, <br /> in the amount of $131,954.82.
