RESOLUTION NO. 3o25i% <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation <br /> of 74th Street SE, between Rainier Drive <br /> and Olympic Drive <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> 74th Street SE, between Rainier Drive and Olympic Drive and adjacent to the <br /> following described real property; <br /> Lots 59, 60, and 82 of Plat of First Addition to Beverly <br /> Park as per plat recorded in Volume 8 of plats on page 64, <br /> records of Snohomish County, State of Washington <br /> and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned for vacation of said <br /> right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> I resolution fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for December 27th, 1989, at 8:30 a.m. , <br /> in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> t/4 , <br /> ‹, ,) <br /> Councilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this /(2,A5 day ofA 1989. <br /> "717) �� <br /> Z//15es' ent <br /> (144) <br />
