k) FirstSwing will maintain a 12:1 or better camper to counselor/intern ratio. I) All facilities will be used in accordance with the specific facility rules and report any damage before, during or after facility use. m) FirstSwing will not allow "drop-in" participation at any camp event. All participants must use proper registration procedures to participate as defined by the City of Everett Point of Contact. All participants must be paid in full prior to participation or have a documented scholarship commitment as reported on the Scholarship Tracking Form. n) FirstSwing will have emergency contacts and reachable phone numbers for all participants accessible during all camp hours. 2.
