If there <br /> are changes in such Factors, Canteen may modify the product prices in a manner proportionate to <br /> such changes.Notwithstanding the foregoing,product prices may be adjusted by Canteen annually at a <br /> rate equal to the greater of the then-current,relevant rate published for the Employment Cost Index or <br /> the Consumer Price Index. <br /> page 9 <br />
