He explained to me that he is only boarding up the
building after the fire damage. He said that he is waiting for word back from his insurance company and has plans to
secure a contractor for the restoration work. i told him to contact me concerning the permit and inspection
requirements when he is ready to pursue same.
The electricity appears to have been cut at the power pole so no concerns there.
Ted Budden
From: Kevin Fagerstrom
Sent: Monday, October 13, 2014 8:11 AM
To: Ted Budden; Tony Lee
Subject: FW: 1818 34th Fire
No current permits showing for this house. There was a question from the crews about construction in the
basement and if there are permits for it. I thought it would be prudent to bring it to your attention to look into.
Thanks,
Jo Nelson
Inspector, Everett Fire Department
office -425-257-8127
cell -425-754-6794
ieissler-nelson@everettwa.gov
You've only got three choices in life:
Give up, give in, or give it all you've got.
1
