(1) CB 1509-28 — 1st Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Water and Sewer Revenue and refunding bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $55,000,000 for the purpose of acquiring, constructing and installing certain additions and betterments to and extensions of the City's water and sewer system (3`d and final Reading on 9-30-15). CONSENT ITEMS: (2) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,516,591.25 for the period of August 29, 2015 through September 4, 2015. PUBLIC HEARING: (3) Revenue Workshop ACTION ITEMS: (4) CB 1508-27 — 3`d and Final Reading - Adopt the Proposed Ordinance approving the appropriations of the 2015 revised City of Everett budget and amending Ordinance No. 3435-15. (5) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Data Sharing Agreement for Tax/Licensing Information with the Washington State Department of Revenue. (6) Authorize the Mayor to sign the Priority and Subordination Agreement with the Archdiocesan Housing Authority substantially in the form provided and to sign necessary documents, as approved by the City Attorney's office, to implement the Agreement.
