RESOLUTION 3a7' <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID <br /> No. 717. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the own- <br /> ers of property known as Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0002 in LID <br /> Roll No. 717 to segregate the assessment of said Treasurer's Ac- <br /> count No(s) . 0002 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of suffi- <br /> cient value to provide adequate security for the payment of the <br /> total assessment chargeable against the undivided parcel of prop- <br /> erty; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35. 44 . 410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended <br /> by Ordinance No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract <br /> of land in an LID into smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City <br /> of Everett to segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s) 0002 into <br /> the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. <br /> 299-74 , as amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84 , has been paid to the <br /> City Treasurer as a fee for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF EVERETT: <br /> Section 1: That the City Treasurer is directed to make a <br /> segregation on the original Assessment Roll No. 717 . <br /> Section 2 : That the segregation shall be made as nearly as <br /> possible on the same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3 : That the total of the segregated parts of the <br /> original assessments shall equal the assessment before segrega- <br /> tion. <br /> Section 4 : That the original tract and assessment known as <br /> LID No. 717 , Treasurer's Account No(s) . 0002 , was passed by Ordi- <br /> nance No. 1539-88 on 11/30/88, in the amount of $15, 500. The <br /> original legal description is attached as Exhibit A. <br /> Section 5: The legal description of the segregated <br /> tracts and assessments is attached as Exhibit B. <br /> Section 6: A certified copy of this resolution shall be de- <br /> livered to the City Treasurer who shall make the segregation or- <br /> dered herein. <br /> >.. 11r.
