4, <br /> s <br /> Further, the City Council urges that Northwest and Rubatino continuously <br /> monitor the markets for such potentially recyclable materials from the <br /> residential sector as mixed waste paper, plastic beverage containers and other <br /> types of plastics, tin cans, and other metals and that such materials be added <br /> to the recycling collection system when feasible.
