RESOLUTION NO. C1:' 67 / <br /> A RESOLUTION amending the General Plan of the <br /> City of Everett as provided for by Everett Municipal Code Title 2, <br /> Section 20, Subsection 120, to encompass an area south of <br /> 108th Street SW to north of 112th Street SW along Highway 99. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds than on March 28, 1989, the Planning <br /> Commission held a public hearing regarding the establishment of General Land <br /> Use Plan Policies and a Plan Map designation for the hereinafter depicted <br /> property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the existing Snohomish County land use guidelines and <br /> regulations consist of the Paine Field Area Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that a Notice of Intention to Annex <br /> to the City of Everett for the area is pending before the Snohomish County <br /> Boundary Review Board; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that State law requires that a <br /> General Plan land use designation be establishment for ares annexed to the <br /> City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds after reviewing Planning Commission <br /> recommendations at a public hearing on /te/ .3 , 1989 that the <br /> General Plan policies and map designation hereinafter set forth are in the <br /> best interest of the City of Everett. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The General Plan land use designations of Residential (Multiple <br /> Family, 15-25 dwellings per gross acre), and Highway Commercial is hereby <br /> adopted for the described property. <br /> 2.
