RESOLUTION NO. 47/ 3.( <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed <br /> vacation the alley lying East <br /> of State Street and South of <br /> California Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of the <br /> alley lying east of State Street and south of California Avenue within Block <br /> 651, Swalwells First Addition of Everett, as recorded in Volume 2 of Plats, <br /> page 103, records of Snohomish County, State of Washington, and shown on the <br /> attached sketch, have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> that a public hearing be set for March 29, 1989, at 8:30 a.m. , in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice be given as required by law as set <br /> forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> 00vt, L <br /> Councilma Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this 0 _ day of 1989. <br /> eialeet; 4/101-: <br /> Council President <br /> (4657H) <br />
