RESOLUTION NO. 303/4 <br /> A <br /> 03/- <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed <br /> vacation of a northerly portion <br /> of 26th Street lying between <br /> Maple Street and Pine Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of the <br /> northerly portion of 26th Street lying between Maple Street and Pine Street <br /> and being southerly of and adjacent to Lots 1 and 32, Block 574, Miley Land <br /> Company's Fourth Addition to Everett, as recorded in Volume 4 of Plats, page <br /> 39, records of Snohomish County, Washington, and shown on the attached sketch, <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> that a public hearing be set for March 29, 1989, at 8:30 a.m. , in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice be given as required by law as set <br /> forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> ()AIGC <br /> Councilman Introduc ng esolution <br /> r� <br /> Passed and approved this fJ day of 1989. <br /> 6 <br /> Oar: <br /> Council Pres <br /> (4657H) <br />
