RESOLUTION NO. 3./ 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed <br /> vacation of State Street lying <br /> South of 26th Street and West <br /> and North of I-5. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of State <br /> ' Street lying south of 26th Street and west and north of I-5 and dedicated <br /> within the Plat of Judson LaMoures First Addition to Everett according to the <br /> Plat thereof recorded in Volume 3 of Plats on page 5, records of Snohomish <br /> County, State of Washington, and shown on the attached sketch, have petitioned <br /> for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT <br /> that a public hearing be set for March 29, 1989, at 8:30 a.m. , in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Notice be given as required by law as set <br /> forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> (::: <br /> 1 i c --- - <br /> 041, J-i-i/7-›Dp-v <br /> C lman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this ,f day of 1989. <br /> (1 .4. 04 lc: <br /> Council resident <br /> (4657H) <br /> 1 <br />
