' r <br /> RESOLUTION4o�F <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating the Local Improvement Assessment for LID No. 707 (aka <br /> ULID No. 1) . <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of property <br /> known as Treasurer's Account No(s). 0011 in LID Roll No. 707 to segregate the <br /> assessment of said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0011 into separate assessments; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into <br /> smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of said LID and the City of Everett to <br /> segregate said Treasurer's Account No(s). 0011 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been paid to the City Treasurer as a fee <br /> for the segregation ordered herein. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT: <br />
