� � 11�0���1� <br /> �i��-�� i � <br /> C � NSTRUCTION INC . <br /> February 4, 2016 <br /> City of Everett <br /> Attn: Tony Lee <br /> Re: Alley Traffic Control Plan <br /> Gaffney Construction is requesting approval of the following plan regarding alley closure west of the <br /> Peoples Bank Building at 2702 Colby Ave (Permit#B1505-062): <br /> ✓ During working hours(Monday—Friday, 7:OOam—S:OOpm)we would move our temporary <br /> fencing, per the attached plan,to block the north entrance to the alley along Everett Ave. and <br /> along the south property line of the building. <br /> ✓ Alley would still be accessible from the south along California St. and from the parking lot along <br /> Hoyt Ave. <br /> ✓ While our portion of the alley is closed, we will move garbage dumpster(Wednesday) and <br /> recycle bins (Thursday) to a location where they can be picked up. <br /> ✓ At S:OOpm, we will move the fencing back to our current location in order to allow vehicle traffic <br /> during evenings and weekends. <br /> ✓ We will post alley closed signs at locations per the City of Everett instructions. <br /> ✓ Once underground utilities work begins, we will need to permanently close the alley until the <br /> work is complete. <br /> Please review and respond with comments, concerns, or additional information needed.
