e + M <br /> 1) Landscaping must be provided per Section 35 of the Everett Municipal Code. At a <br /> minimum this must include the following: <br /> a. A landscape strip a minimum of ten (10) feet wide must be provided in the front yard <br /> setback area long the Everett Mall Way street frontage, except for the driveway. This area <br /> shall be p{anted with Type III landscaping. NOTE: Trees must be planted at 20 feet on <br /> center and shrubs and living ground cover shall also be planted in this landscape setback <br /> area. <br /> b. A landscape strip a minimum of ten (1 Q) feet wide must be provided in the interior <br /> setback area along Central Mall Drive. This area shall be planted with Type III landscaping <br /> including trees at 30 feet on center, shrubs and living ground cover. <br /> c.
