The listed requirements are placed in response to our review of this <br />information: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION: None identified. <br />MITIGATION OF ADVERSE IMPACTS BY SEPA <br />1. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding properties (SEPA <br />Earth, Land and Shoreline Use Policies). <br />2. This project is subject to Transportation Mitigation in accordance with Ordinance 3389-14 (codified <br />as EMC 18.36) and subsequent revision. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance <br />and determine applicable mitigation fees and/or other requirements prior to building permit <br />application. The actual charges and requirements shall be as per the information on the approved <br />plans at the time of building permit issuance and the ordinance in effect at that time (SEPA <br />Transportation Policies). <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact <br />on the environment.
