Youth Service Corps <br /> Snohomish Co. Juvenile Court $ 30,000.00 <br /> ** Public Services <br /> A. This is a maximum figure, not a flat contract price. <br /> B. If the Department of Housing and Urban Development reduces the <br /> estimated allocation, then each item will be reduced an <br /> apportionate amount. If a reduction is large enough to cause a <br /> burden, as determined by the staff, then a new budget will be <br /> returned to the City Council. <br /> II. The Mayor is hereby authorized to make formal application to the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development for funding assistance in <br /> accordance with this Resolution. <br /> III. The City Council recognizes the Mayor's willingness to match dollar <br /> for dollar funds to be used on Neighborhood Improvements such as <br /> street, sidewalk, drainage, and overlay projects. <br /> IV. Any funding assistance so received in 1989 be used for the above <br /> projects. <br /> V. This Resolution become part of the formal application to the U.S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development. <br /> -2- <br />
