No. 2166 <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of that <br /> portion of Heather Road lying between Lots 37 and 38 of the Plat of View Ridge <br /> Addition, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 11 of Plats, page <br /> 104, and between Lots 6 and 7 of the Plat of View Ridge Addition, Division No. <br /> 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 19 of Plats, page 12, <br /> records of Snohomish County, Washington, and shown on the attached sketch, <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, R.C.W. 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for the City of Everett <br /> that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. on August 24, 1988, in the City <br /> Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of aforesaid <br /> right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as set <br /> forth in R.C.W. 35.79.020. <br /> / <br /> w1t/i. <br /> 411, ;Mc' m.
