.{• <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 0663 <br /> A RESOLUTION segregating a local improvement assessment in LID No. 719. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett has been requested by the owners of <br /> property known as Treasurer's Account No. 0020 in LID No. 719 to segregate the <br /> assessment of Treasurer's Account No. 0020 into separate assessments; and <br /> WHEREAS, the requested segregated properties are of sufficient value to <br /> provide adequate security for the payment of the total assessment chargeable <br /> against the undivided parcel of property; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.44.410 and Ordinance No. 299-74 as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 1072-84, provide a method of segregating a tract of land in an LID into <br /> smaller parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to segregate the property identified by <br /> Treasurer's Account No. 0020 into the separate parcels; and <br /> WHEREAS, the application fee as required by Ordinance No. 299-74, as <br /> amended by Ordinance No. 1072-84, has been waived by the City ; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT, WASHINGTON, as follows: <br /> Section 1: The City Treasurer is directed to make a segregation of an <br /> assessment on the original Assessment Roll in LID No. 719. <br /> Section 2: The segregation shall be made as nearly as possible on the <br /> same basis as the original assessment was levied. <br /> Section 3: The total of the segregated parts of the original <br /> assessments shall equal the assessment before segregation. <br />
