s <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 00q'i _ <br /> A RESOLUTION adopting the Annual <br /> Transportation Improvement (T.I.P. ) Plan <br /> update for 1989 - 1994. <br /> WHEREAS, Washington State RCW 36.81.121 and RCW 35.77.010 requires each <br /> City and County its T.I.P. annually; and <br /> WHEREAS, Everett's Transportation Advisory Committee and Planning <br /> Commission have reviewed and recommended approval of this update; and <br /> WHEREAS, the adoption enables Everett to apply and receive various state <br /> and federal funds to implement items in the plan; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF EVERETT CITY COUNCIL that <br /> the 1989 - 1994 annual update of the six year transportation improvement plan <br /> is adopted. <br /> ' i / <br /> Co. i1 a Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this 22nd day of June, 1988. r <br /> / <br /> //bly(-/ Alt <br /> Counc 1 President <br /> 3 <br />
