,PUBL/L K/O?/�CS <br /> October 3, 2016 <br /> B & C FRAUENHOLTZ LLC <br /> 607 VIEW RIDGE DR <br /> EVERETT, WA 98203-18Z1 <br /> Complaint: LACKS ACCESSIBLE PARKING <br /> Job Address: 2920 RUCKER AVE <br /> Complaint No: W1610-003 <br /> RE: ACCESSIBLE PARKING SIGNAGE TO BE PERMANENT <br /> Dear B & C FRAUENHOLTZ LLC, <br /> A complaint was received on September 30, 2016 about the lack of accessible parking signage <br /> to service the building(s) at the address listed above. <br /> Permit Historv <br /> Attached site plan indicates that accessible parking, as part of a tenant improvement for Hertz, <br /> 81407-017, required a permanent sign for the accessible parking space, per permit B0401-038. <br /> Parking Lot Revisions-Permit A�plication Required <br /> A building permit application is required to indicate how the accessible parking signage will be <br /> restored permanently, per IEBC section 410.6 and IBC section 1111.1 (1.), per ICC A117.1- <br /> 2009 section 502.7. Mr. Fernander and I spoke today, and this letter confirms our discussion. <br /> A new permit application and two sets of drawings should be submitted within 30 days of the <br /> date of this letter. Permits are to be obtained within 90 days after submittal. Final inspections <br /> must occur within 60 days of the issuance of the permit. Please note that federal ADA, FHA, <br /> and Fair Housing Accessibility Guidelines and regulations may be more restrictive. Compliance <br /> with these regulations is the responsibility of the owner of the building. <br /> All required submittals must be of sufficient detail and information to ensure that the proposed <br /> structure will be restored to its original permit configurations, or updated to be in compliance <br /> with current adopted codes.
