RESOLUTION NO. a9lP 9 <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of <br /> the portion of 24th Street between Hoyt Avenue <br /> and Colby Avenue and the south 100 feet of the <br /> alley in Block 489, Plat of Everett <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> a portion of 24th Street and a portion of the alley in Block 489, as shown on <br /> the Plat of Everett, according to the plat thereof recorded in Volume 3 of <br /> Plats, page 32, Records of Snohomish County, lying west of Colby Avenue, east <br /> of Hoyt Avenue, have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 7:00 p.m. , on February 17, 1988, in <br /> the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> �_i -- - <br /> 1111411116.-1141111111.."- <br /> Councilman Introducin 5o"?-olution <br /> (;4Passed and approved this 4 7 a� day of , 1988. <br /> e,, eece eiat <br /> � a <br /> Council Presiden <br /> 2749H <br />
