June 21, 2017 <br /> ADMINISTRATION UPDATE ON PRIOR BUSINESS <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, had no report. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY <br /> City Attorney Iles had no comments. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Jackie Minchew, Everett, spoke about climate change, the group <br /> Everett350, and announced Lowell Days will take place August 12. <br /> Alan Miller, Everett, spoke about a recent drive-by shooting at 22nd Street & <br /> Pine Street and neighborhood frustrations with the influx in crime. <br /> Police Chief Dan Templeman provided an update on community volunteers <br /> and told citizens they can sign up for neighborhood crime alerts through the <br /> city website. <br /> Council Member Moore encouraged citizens to network with their <br /> neighbors. <br /> Council Member Murphy asked to be briefed on the chronic nuisance <br /> ordinance. <br /> Debra Bryant, Administration, stated she would work on getting it <br /> scheduled. <br /> Randy Weisling, Everett, also spoke about the recent drive-by shooting, <br /> ways to get neighbors involved with Police efforts, and online neighborhood <br /> networks. <br /> Mark Ford, Seattle, spoke about the recently adopted For-Hire Ordinance <br /> and Uber business practices. <br /> 208 <br />
