CONSENT ITEMS: (6) Adopt Resolution No. authorizing claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $1,247,306.12 for the period of September 12, 2015 through September 18, 2015. (7) Approve the Wolverine West, LLC application for a October 2, 2015 public fireworks display at the Everett Memorial Stadium for the Everett High School Homecoming Celebration. (8) Approve the Wolverine West, LLC application for a October 23, 2015 public fireworks display at the Everett Memorial Stadium for the Jackson High School Homecoming Celebration. ACTION ITEMS: (9) CB 1509-28 —3rd and final Reading — Adopt the Proposed Ordinance authorizing the issuance of Water and Sewer Revenue and refunding bonds in the principal amount of not to exceed $55,000,000 for the purpose of acquiring, constructing and installing certain additions and betterments to and extensions of the City's water and sewer system. (10) Authorize the Mayor to sign a Grant Agreement with the State of Washington Department of Archeology and Historic Preservation to hire a consultant to produce Historic Property Inventory forms for properties in the Claremont Heights plat of the Claremont Neighborhood in the amount of $10,000.00. (11) Authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Associated Earth Sciences, Inc. concerning the Allen -Buick property in the amount of $21,570.00.
