RESOLUTION NO. 9, 47 A RESOLUTION of the Everett City Council assigning land use designations to three areas which were not previously designated by the Everett Comprehensive General Plan WHEREAS, the Everett City Council adopted a Residential Land Use Map as an integral part of the Everett Comprehensive General Plan in October, 1986, which designated certain areas of Everett for residential and institutional land uses; and WHEREAS, the Everett City Council adopted a Commercial and Industrial Land Use Map as an integral part of the Everett Comprehensive General Plan in August, 1987, which designated certain areas both within and outside the City of Everett for commercial and industrial land uses; and WHEREAS, certain areas were not designated by either of the above mentioned land use maps and therefore had no land use designation assigned to them. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council concurs with the recommendation of the Everett Planning Commission and hereby adopts the land use designations for the areas described as follows: Area #1 - Property located on the south side of 94th Street S.E. and east of 19th Avenue S.E. ; designated "Single Family Detached, 1 to 5 dwellings per gross acre." (see attached map) Area #2 - Property located on the northeast corner of 100th Street S.E. and 19th Avenue S.E. ; designated "Multiple Family, 10 to 15 dwellings per gross acre." (see attached map) Area #3 - Property located north of 112th Street S.E. and east of Interstate 5; designated "Regional Commercial Center-Office Park" with specific reference to Policy #5 of said designation contained in the Commercial Land Use Policies of the Everett Comprehensive General Plan, which reads:
