<br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of a
<br /> portion of the 109th Street S.E. cul de sac.
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of
<br /> North side of Larsen Road (S.E. 109th Street)
<br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 47, Broadway
<br /> Farms No. 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in
<br /> Volume 13 of Plats, page 93, Records of Snohomish
<br /> County, Washington; THENCE, S. 88°40'15" E. , along
<br /> the South line of said Lot 47, for 304.69 feet to the
<br /> TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE, N. 01°19'45"E. for
<br /> 20.00 feet; THENCE, S. 88°40'15" E. for 50.00 feet
<br /> to a point of curve; THENCE, Easterly, along a 50.00
<br /> foot radius curve concave Southerly, for an arc length
<br /> of 27.96 feet, consuming a central angle of
<br /> 32°02'17", to a point of intersection with another
<br /> curve concave Southerly having a radius point which
<br /> bears S. 11011'48" E. , 530.00 feet distant; THENCE,
<br /> Westerly, along said curve, for 21.76 feet, consuming a
<br /> central angle of 2021'07" to a point of reverse
<br /> curvature; THENCE, Westerly along a curve concave
<br /> Northerly whose radius point bears N. 13°32'55" W. ,
<br /> 215.73 feet distant, for 56.02 feet, consuming a
<br /> central angle of 14°52'41" to the TRUE POINT OF
<br /> BEGINNING.

<br /> Commencing at the Northwest corner of Lot 50, Broadway
<br /> Farms No. 2 , according to the plat thereof recorded in
<br /> Volume 13 of Plats, page 93, Records of Snohomish
<br /> County, Washington; THENCE, S. 88°40'15" E. , along
<br /> the North line of said Lot 50, for 303.30 feet to the
<br /> TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE, S. 01019'45" W. for
<br /> 20.00 feet; THENCE, S. 88°40'15" E. for 50.00 feet to
<br /> a point of curve; THENCE, Easterly and Northeasterly,
<br /> along a 50.00 foot radius curve concave to the
<br /> Northwest, for an arc length of 63.92 feet, consuming a
<br /> central angle of 73014'45" to a point of intersection
<br /> with a 470.00 foot radius curve concave Southerly,
<br /> whose radius point bears S. 10°09'26" E. ; THENCE,
<br /> Westerly, along said curve, for 27.82 feet, consuming a
<br /> central angle of 3023'29", to a point of reverse
<br /> curvature; THENCE, Westerly, along a 275.73 foot radius

<br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and
<br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by
<br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition;
