RESOLUTION NO. 9a1 l A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, setting a date and time for a public hearing on the creation of a local improvement district for making certain improvements within such district pursuant to property owners petition therefor, and providing for the publication and mailing to property owners of notice of such hearing. WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the creation of a local improvement district to provide for making improvements within such district, as all more particularly described in such petition, and it is appropriate to set a date and time for the holding of a public hearing on such petition; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON: Section 1: The public hearing on the creation of a local improvement district for the making of certain improvements as described in the property owners petition therefor, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference, will be held before the City Council on November 10, 1987, at 8:30 a.m. , local time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3002 Wetmore, Everett, Washington. Section 2: The City Engineer is directed to cause notice to be given by mail to all owners or reputed owners of all lots, tracts and parcels of land or other property to be specially benefited by the proposed improvement at least fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the hearing in the form set forth in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
