1 RESOLUTION NO. 2 9 f, 2 3 A RESOLUTION affixing B & 0 Tax and Admissions Tax Owed by Club Palomino. 4 5 WHEREAS, Club Palomino, Inc. which is doing business in the City of 6 Everett at 1021 N. Broadway, has not paid B & 0 tax and Admissions tax nor filed the required tax returns; and 7 WHEREAS, in a decision issued July 31 , 1987, the City Clerk affixed the 8 amount of tax and penalty which the Club Palomino owes the City; and 9 WHEREAS, the City Clerk 's decision was appealed and in a hearing before the Hearing Examiner held on August 18, 1987, it was ordered that Club 10 Palomino pay B & 0 tax in the amount of $85.12 plus a penalty of $11 .92 for 11 a total of $97.04, and also pay admissions tax in the amount of $2403.30 12 plus a penalty of $405.53 for a total of $2808.83; and WHEREAS, the decision of the Hearing Examiner was appealed to the City 13 Council and the City Council considered the information and testimony 14 presented to them; 15 Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved By The City Council Of The City Of Everett that: 16 1 . For the tax period from July 1 , 1986 - June 30, 1987, Club 17 Palomino, Inc. owes the City of Everett B & 0 tax in the amount of $85.12 18 plus penalty of $11 .92 for a total of $97.04. The amount of rtrin Paragraph 1 must be paid to the City 21 Clerk within three days of the date of notification to Club Palomino of the adoption of this Resolution.
