RESOLUTION NO. c>290,2 <br /> 1 A RESOLUTION honoring the memory of Davis Hinkle. <br /> 2 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> 3 EVERETT: <br /> 4 1. The City Council of the City of Everett, representing <br /> 5 both his fellow employees and the citizens of the City of Everett, <br /> 6 hereby acknowledges and honors the service of Davis Hinkle to <br /> 7 the City of Everett and our community. <br /> 8 2. Davis Hinkle was a valued public servant and a friend <br /> 9 to all who knew him. <br /> 10 3. Davis Hinkle will be missed both at work and through- <br /> 11 out the community in which he was actively involved. He was a <br /> 12 volunteer at the Everett Public Library and involved with the <br /> 13 March of Dimes. He was a precinct committeeman for the 38th <br /> 14 District Democrats and served as Shop Steward of his union for <br /> 15 several years. <br /> 16 4.
