APPENDIX "C" <br /> Quarterly Reports, billings* and the Project Completion Report <br /> shall be required on the following dates: <br /> Period Covered Due <br /> July 1987 - September 1987 October 16, 1987 <br /> October 1987 - December 1987 January 15, 1988 <br /> January 1988 - March 1988 April 15, 1988 <br /> Project Completion Report <br /> plus Final Billing June 30, 1988 <br /> *Billings may be submitted more frequently, but not more than once <br /> a month. (See Section 5 (c) Method of Compensation of the Grant. ) <br /> In compliance with Section 5 (c) , all billings shall be submitted <br /> with a narrative describing the activities completed during that <br /> billing period if not submitted with the Quarterly Report. <br /> C-1 <br />
