RESOLUTION NO.7 9 , <br /> A Resolution of the Everett City Council <br /> disapproving a request for amendment to <br /> the Everett Comprehensive General Plan <br /> for property located on the southeast <br /> corner of Broadway and 75th Street S.E. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted a Comprehensive General Plan Land <br /> Use Map designating areas of the City for residential use in 1986; and <br /> WHEREAS, certain property located on the southeast corner of Broadway <br /> and 75th Street S.E. is designated by the Comprehensive General Plan as <br /> "Single Family Detached, 1 to 5 dwellings per gross acre"; and <br /> WHEREAS, Solie Builders, Inc. filed an application for an amendment to <br /> the residential land use map of the Comprehensive General Plan requesting a <br /> designation of "commercial"; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Planning Commission held public hearings <br /> on May 19, 1987 and June 16, 1987 to consider the requested amendment to the <br /> Comprehensive General Plan and disapproved a change in land use designation <br /> based upon findings contained in Planning Commission Resolution #7-87. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> The Everett City Council concurs with the Planning Commission <br /> recommendation and hereby disapproves a change in the land use designation <br /> for property located on the southeast corner of Broadway and 75th Street <br /> S.E. , and said property shall remain designated "Single Family Detached, 1 to <br /> 5 dwellings per gross acre." <br /> 1 <br /> 00 e; 6 CC_ <br /> Councilpers/o ro using Resolution <br /> Passed this / .",` day of N.-.)1C/ i.--Y , 1987. <br /> ' Co/ ncil sident <br /> 4383F <br /> 1 <br />
