Conduit will be attached to the east side <br /> of the bridge to carry the cable over the river to a pier column on the north side <br /> of the bridge where it will again go to buried cable in the public right of way <br /> in an easterly direction. The buried cable will continue in a northerly direction <br /> in an easement to just south of 12th st.
