WHEREAS, the City of Everett Planning and Community Development Department <br />issued a Final Mitigated Determination of Non -Significance on September 1, 2015 for the <br />recommended master plan; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Everett City Council: <br />1) Hereby adopts the South Everett Forest Preserve Master Plan. <br />2) The Everett Parks and Recreation Department is authorized to re -format the South <br />Everett Forest Preserve Master Plan as necessary to ensure consistency with requirements <br />of any federal, state or local governmental agency related to the Department's eligibility <br />to submit and receive grant funding awards. /) /1 <br />PASSED AND APPROVED this 7 day of October , 2015 <br />-441��44 <br />Council President <br />
