The Site, "Stonebrook", is located South of 112th St. SW between Airport Way and SR 99. The project is in the planning stage and is ready for preliminary engineering anelysis. Per our previous meeting with you, it is assumed that detention and water quality facilitics will be required for the Site. We are providing the fallowing preliminary site developmen! statistics so that lane and Dan can determine the required detention volumes and release rates for the project. If additional information is required, please do not hesitate to call. The Site consists of severel parcels, totaling 9.1 acres. The attached boundary & topographic survey indicates two drainage basins. The easterly basin tlows to the east to a stream located adjacent to the property. The smaller westerly basin flows to the southwest and then joins the easterly downstream drainage ncar liighway 99.
