ORDINANCE NO. 3446-15 AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, "Broadway 10th St. to 19th St. Intersection Safety," Fund 303, Program 104, to accumulate all costs for the improvement. WHEREAS, the City of Everett is committed to a planned pedestrian safety program; and WHEREAS, the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain pedestrian improvements to federal arterial street segments; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1: A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303, Program 104, entitled "Broadway 10th St. to 19th St. Intersection Safety," to accumulate all costs for the improvement. Section 2: Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, Program 104, for the improvement project. Section 3: Authorization is hereby granted for the "Public Works Director" or "City Engineer," under direction of the Mayor, to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting all tasks and doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. Section 4: The sum of $608,987 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 104, "Broadway 10th St. to 19th St. Intersection Safety," as follows: A.
