RESOLUTION NO. AYY <br /> A Resolution amending the Land Use Map of the Everett <br /> Comprehensive General Plan for property located east <br /> of 7th Avenue SE and north of Everett Mall Way. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted a Generalized Land Use Plan Map <br /> in 1967, and adopted the Everett Community Plan in 1972; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett adopted a Comprehensive General Plan <br /> Land Use Map designating areas for residential development in 1986; and <br /> WHEREAS, certain property, owned by Henry Liebman located east of 7th <br /> Avenue SE and north of Everett Mall Way is designated by the Comprehensive <br /> General Plan residential land use map as "Single Family Detached, 1 to 5 <br /> dwellings per gross acre"; and <br /> WHEREAS, Henry Liebman filed an application for an amendment to the <br /> residential land use map of the Comprehensive General Plan; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Everett Planning Commission held public hearings <br /> to consider the requested General Plan amendment on January 6 and January <br /> 27, 1987 and approved a change in land use designation from "Single Family <br /> Detached, 1 to 5 dwellings per gross acre" to "Commercial" for a portion of <br /> the property included in the request for amendment. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> 1. The Everett City Council hereby approves a change in the land use <br /> designation for a portion of the property included in the request for <br /> amendment from "Single Family Detached, 1 to 5 dwellings per gross <br /> acre" to "Commercial." <br /> 2.
