• CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NOa(yp? d A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, declaring its intention to order the improvement of 16th AvPnuP S F, and Virin-t by forming a local improvement district to assess the cost to properties specially benefitted thereby, and setting a date of hearing on the formation. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON, as follows: Section 1: RCW 35.43.040 provides that the legislative authority of a City may order a local improvement district. Section 2.: It is the intention of the City Council of the City of Everett, Washington, based on RCW 35.43.040, to order the improvement of the property described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein, by the construction of those improvements described in Exhibit "B" which is attached hereto and incorporated by refenence herein. Section 3: The total estimated cost and expense of the improvement is declared to be $ 1,113�9pp and the entire cost and expense of such improvement shall be borne by, and assessed against the property specially benefitted by such improvement to be included in a local improvement district to be established embracing as near as may be all property specially benefitted by such improvement, except any public contributions determined by City Council, if any, that may become available to help defray the cost of this improvement. Section 4: That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting of the City Council to be held in the City of Everett, Washington Council Chambers at 8:30 am. , on the 8th day of April , 1987 .
