4 <br /> / <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ,.-0747 <br /> A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Everett, <br /> Washington, setting a date and time for a public hearing <br /> on the creation of a local improvement district for making <br /> certain improvements within such district pursuant to property <br /> owners petition therefor, and providing for the publication <br /> and mailing to property owners of notice of such hearing. <br /> WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the creation <br /> of a local improvement district to provide for making improvements within such <br /> district, as all more particularly described in such petition, and it is <br /> appropriate to set a date and time for the holding of a public hearing on such <br /> petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT, WASHINGTON: <br /> Section 1: The public hearing on the creation of a local improvement <br /> district for the making of certain improvements as described in the property <br /> owners petition therefor, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, will be held before the City Council on October 1, <br /> 1986, at 8:30 a.m. , local time, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3002 <br /> Wetmore, Everett, Washington. <br />
