STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> CITY OF EVERETT, WASHINGTON <br /> LOCAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 724 <br /> NOTICE OF PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT AND HEARING THEREON <br /> NOTICE IS GIVEN that the City of Everett, Washington (the "City"), has <br /> received a petition for the formation of a local improvement district to <br /> construct an arterial street, santary sewer, and water system in 100th Street <br /> S.W. to include necessary appurtenances in the area described in Exhibit A <br /> attached hereto and to assess all of the cost and expense of such improvement <br /> against the property in such district specially benefited thereby. <br /> The total cost of the improvement is estimated to be $ 757,200, and the <br /> entire cost and expense shall be borne by and assessed against the properties <br /> specifically benefited by such improvement to be included within the proposed <br /> local improvement district to be established embracing as nearly as <br /> practicable all property specially benefited by such improvement. <br /> The City Council is considering the formation of such district and the <br /> ordering of such improvement under the petition method prescribed by statute, <br /> but first desires to give notice thereof to the property owners within the <br /> proposed district and an opportunity to be heard to anyone so desiring. The <br /> public hearing upon the proposed improvement will be held before the City <br /> Council of the City to be held in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3002 <br /> Wetmore, Everett, Washington, at 8:30 a.m. , local time, on October 1, 1986. <br /> All persons desiring to be heard on the improvement and formation of the local <br /> improvement district are notified to appear and state their views on such <br /> improvement at such hearing. <br /> Attached are shown the estimated benefits to, and assessments against, <br /> the property herein listed of which you are shown on the rolls of the <br /> Snohomish County Assessor to be the owner. <br /> Al Theal, City Engineer of the City of <br /> Everett, Washington by Celia I.
