RESOLUTION NO. o.? 741/ - <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of <br /> 43d Street from the alley east of Colby to <br /> Wetmore. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> All that portion of 43d Street, from the northerly <br /> projected east right of way line of the alley in Block <br /> 27, Replat of Blocks 19 - 28 South Park Addition, <br /> according to the plat thereof, recorded in Volume 8 of <br /> Plats, Page 5, records of Snohomish County, Washington, <br /> east to the east section line of Section 31, Township <br /> 29N, Range SE, W.M. <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. , on August 27, 1986, in <br /> the City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> ,-- <br /> / <br /> 1 <br /> ou' cilman Introducing Resolution <br /> Passed and approved this day of lC. . . a , 1986. <br /> Council P.esident <br /> 0149P/LM <br />
