l <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION for the proposed vacation of <br /> Oakes Avenue south of 9th Street and north <br /> of 10th Street. <br /> WHEREAS, the owners of more than two-thirds of the front footage of <br /> ALL THAT PORTION OF OAKES AVENUE LYING SOUTH OF 9th STREET AND <br /> NORTH OF 10th STREET, AND LYING EAST OF BLOCK 178 AND WEST OF <br /> BLOCK 179 WITHIN THE PLATS OF SWALWELL'S FOURTH ADDITION AND THE <br /> BAILEY ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLATS THEREOF,RECORDED IN <br /> VOLUME 6 OF PLATS, PAGE 27 AND VOLUME 4OF PLATS, PAGE 24, <br /> RESPECTIVELY, RECORDS OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WASHINGTON, <br /> have petitioned for vacation of said right-of-way; and <br /> WHEREAS, RCW 35.79.010 provides that the City Council shall, by <br /> resolution, fix a date for public hearing on said petition; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF <br /> EVERETT that a public hearing be set for 8:30 a.m. , on July 30, 1986, in the <br /> City Council Chambers, City Hall, to consider the proposed vacation of <br /> aforesaid right-of-way as herein described. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice be given as required by law as <br /> set forth in RCW 35.79.020. <br /> PC1Akt44-ri cing X94- ./ <br /> Councilman Introd solution <br /> Passed and approved this ` 'day of U t- y , 1986. <br /> v <br /> cil r°residen <br /> 0119P/LM <br />
